Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. If you upgrade mid-month, you get the higher message allowance immediately. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at your next billing date.
Each message sent by a visitor counts as one message. The AI’s responses do not count towards your limit. So if a visitor sends five messages and gets five replies, that uses five of your allowance.
No. Your message allowance resets at the start of each billing month. We chose this approach to keep pricing simple and predictable.
The chat widget will pause until your next billing month starts. We’ll send you an email when you’re approaching your limit so there are no surprises. You can also upgrade your plan at any time to increase your allowance immediately.
No. All plans are month-to-month and you can cancel at any time. There are no setup fees, exit fees, or minimum terms.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Your payment details are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch our servers.
If you’re not happy within the first 14 days of a paid plan, get in touch and we’ll refund you in full. After that, you can cancel at any time but we don’t offer partial refunds for the current month.
