Enter your domain
We read through your pages automatically.
When you create your account, the first thing you do is enter your website address. ChatIFA then crawls your site, reading every public page it can find, including service pages, about pages, team bios, blog posts, and FAQs.
This usually takes between one and three minutes depending on the size of your site. You can watch the progress in real time from your dashboard.
Once the crawl is complete, the AI has a knowledge base built entirely from your own content. It will only ever use this information when answering visitor questions, which keeps things accurate and compliance-safe.
Add the widget
One line of code. Works with any website.
After your site has been crawled, we give you a single line of JavaScript to add to your website. It works the same way as adding Google Analytics or any other tracking script.
If you use WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, or any other website builder, you can paste it into the custom code section. If you have a developer, you can send them the snippet and they will know exactly what to do with it.
The widget appears as a small chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of your site. It loads asynchronously so it will not slow down your pages. Your visitors can click it to start a conversation at any time.
Capture leads

From the moment the widget is live, visitors can ask questions and get instant answers based on your website content. When someone expresses interest in your services, the AI naturally asks for their name and email.
You receive an email notification immediately with the visitor’s details and a summary of what they asked about. No need to check a dashboard or wait for a daily digest.
Every conversation is also saved in your ChatIFA dashboard where you can review the full transcript, see when the conversation happened, and track which leads have come through.
What happens behind the scenes
When you enter your domain, our crawler visits your website and extracts the text content from every public page. It follows internal links and respects your robots.txt file. The content is processed and stored as a vector knowledge base that the AI can search through quickly.
When a visitor asks a question, the AI searches your knowledge base for the most relevant content, then uses it to compose a natural, conversational answer. It does not make things up or go beyond what your website says. If it cannot find a relevant answer, it will say so and suggest the visitor gets in touch directly.
Lead capture happens through the conversation itself. When the AI detects that a visitor is interested in your services, it asks for their details in a natural way. The moment those details are shared, you get an email notification with the visitor’s name, email, and a summary of the conversation.
All conversations are encrypted in transit and stored securely. You can export or delete your data at any time from your dashboard. We do not sell or share your data with anyone.
